Assembly - 1st Shift

Assembly laborer needs to be capable of building and packing many different products, from plastic tables to Kayaks etc. Needs to be able to follow directions from lead/supervisor and follow all of the company safety policies as well as being able to follow work instructions. Report any issues to Lead/Supervisor and work together with other coworkers in the same line. Must maintain good attendance and be willing to work overtime when needed. Need to be able to work on a fast pace environment in order to meet daily production goals. Must be able to use many different tools and handle other small parts such of screws, bolts, rivets etc.

Maintenance

Take appropriate action when necessary for disciplinary items in accordance with Iceberg employee handbook or safety violations- prepares write-up and communicates with manager and human resources.
